Long before Lance Armstrong’s “Livestrong” bracelets were fashionable, there was the Old Testament and Joshua 10:25:
“Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Be strong and courageous.”
A few years ago there was Warren Wiersbe’s 27 volume Old Testament “Be” commentaries. “Be Obedient,” “Be Resolute,” “Be Committed,” to name a few of the “Be” titles.

Good Friday Everyone!
I saw LeBron James the other night thanks to Sarah Cowens. (Thanks again Sarah!)
LeBron plays basketball for the Cleveland Cavilers of the NBA.
He scored over 50 points that night! Is that a big deal? Let me tell you that the VAST majority of basketball players — from high schooler to pro — would be THRILLED to score HALF that number of points in a game. I’ve played basketball since I was a kid and I’m quite sure that I never had 25 points in a single game. I was pretty pumped up if I

When my older brother, a Staff Sergeant in the Marine Corps at the time, attended my graduation from Parris Island he shook my hand and said, “Now we’re brothers twice!”
If you’re a Marine, no longer on active duty (once a Marine, always a Marine!), then I’m your brother and I’ve got a business opportunity for you.
This is a no BS, real proposition, for the right former Marines.
On the home page of this website you’ll find a “DI School” link to click on. Go there and click on it. It’ll take you to a description of a couple of business opportunities I’d like to share with you.
You will want to do this. I promise you.
USMC Fitness BOOT CAMP is a program like no other. Successful and rewarding and something that you definitely want to consider being a part of. We’re expanding and I’m looking for local instructors here in the Memphis area, as well as business partners in other parts of the country — former Marines who want to start their own battalion of USMC Fitness BOOT CAMP!
Take a look at the info and then let me hear from you. Let’s talk about the possibilities of your future success doing something I bet you’re already doing!
Semper Fi,
Tony

“In reading the lives of great men, I found that the
first victory they won was over themselves …
self-discipline with all of them came first.”
— Harry S. Truman: Was the thirty-third president of the U.S.
President Truman’s successors in this year’s presidential campaign are touting change.
It’s all about CHANGE with them. Elect THEM, they say, and they’ll bring about change!
Well, we’re changing too!
This year USMC Fitness BOOT CAMP, and more specifically your beloved and most humble servant, Sgt. Tony, will branch out into new ways to extend the benefits of health, fitness, and life transformation beyond the programs we’ve offered to date. Don’t worry. Nothing will change for YOU! All classes and locations remain the same.
Let me explain what I’m up to.

“It was character that got us out of bed, commitment that moved
us into action and discipline that enabled us to follow through.”
— Zig Ziglar: American author, salesperson, and motivational speaker
This is a good thing to think about … but an even better thing to apply.
The three keys to success: Character, Commitment, and Discipline.
Of course Zig isn’t the first to put these attributes together. The core values of the Marine Corps (you KNEW this was coming) are Honor, Courage, and Commitment.
