This should probably be taped to your bathroom mirror where you could read it every day. (Since I sort of work from home, I use my bathroom mirror as a “white board.” I write “to do” items, reminders, and quotes on the mirror with dry erase markers. Pretty clever, eh?)

The way we process the things we hear is one of the most jacked up things about our minds, as human beings. We can be told 99 times how wonderful we are, by 99 different people, but it’ll be the one rude remark of one person that we’ll remember, that we’ll focus on; we’ll forget the good and fixate on the bad. That’s just jacked up.
Totally jacked up.
Today I hope you’ll think on the good in you, and focus on THAT! Most of you are waaaaaaaaay more “gooder” than you are evil. (Except for you, Larry Heathcott.)

What should you wear? Layers. Layer your clothes so that you can adjust your body temperature as you get warmed up.
One more thing to remember about our outdoor winter workouts: hydrate! Because we’re not hot and sweaty, like in the summer, we often don’t drink enough water in the winter time. So hydrate y’all!
