This will be a quickie!
– PARTY TIME!
Our anniversary party will be this coming Tuesday night at Fox & Hound on Sanderlin, 6 to 8 PM. We will also use this party to say FAREWELL to our own KEVIN JENKS. Kevin will be moving to Colorado at the end of this month. This is a come and go (or you can come and STAY!) party! Family and friends are WELCOME! If you’re reading this YOU are invited! Even Boot Campers who are hanging out in Turdeville are welcome. I promise NOT to give you a hard time!
– FRIDAY EVENING CLASS TODAY
The Friday evening class WILL meet today at 5:30! Note the difference in start time for the Friday evening workout.
– HALF MARATHON TRAINING
Meet tomorrow morning at 8 AM at SHELBY FARMS! This will only be our third training run, so it’s not too late to get started! YOU CAN DO IT! Beginners and veterans alike are welcome!
– CATS TRIATHLON
Good luck to you BOOT CAMPERS doing the CATS Triathlon this weekend in Conway, Arkansas!
– COOPER YOUNG 4 MILER
Good luck to you guys running the 4 miler this evening!
– WEEKEND HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT
Don’t forget to your ONE HOUR of continuous cardio this weekend!
